It's good to work again. I was never a champion. Let alone 4 times. But I tore a rotator cuff re-building my fence four years ago, and I'm still re-habbing every day. Be good to yourself. (Saber fencing looks incredibly hard!) mindly.social/@deliaturner/112

I have not fenced in a year, but every day I walked a few miles, and every day I stretched. I seem to have repaired a lot of the little nagging overuse exercises I amassed in a lopsided sport done at a high intensity, and now I am starting back regular exercise--with senior workouts on YouTube 😂 The goal is not to aggravate the rotator cuff problem, not to aggravate the hip issues, to take it easy on my crunchy knees, and to GRADUALLY build up strength, balance, and agility again.
